Terms & Ethics of Client Service
Christine Hassler is not a licensed therapist. Christine Hassler and her client adhere to 100% confidentiality policy on all meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence. Everything you share with Christine is private unless in her professional opinion, there is a life-threatening situation, as otherwise authorized by the client, or as required by law. Christine will suggest that clients seek the services of other professionals when deemed appropriate or necessary.

All sessions subject to 24 hour cancellation policy, payment will be required if less than 24 hour notice is given. Payment for all sessions is required in full at least 24 hours before the session. If Christine cancels your session, she will reschedule with you immediately.

All clients will sign the following release statement:

GENERAL RELEASE:
This Agreement and Release is between Christine Hassler and client for "Coaching" Services. I, ______________________________, being of sound mind am aware and have been informed that my phone or interpersonal sessions with Christine Hassler are informational in nature. I understand that Christine gives suggestions based on observations and experiences and anything I do or do not decide to do is my choice, and I take full responsibility for all consequences.

I also understand that all material provided by Christine in person, by telephone, via electronic mail, on , and in the book entitled "Twenty-Something, Twenty-Everything: A Quarter-Life Woman's Guide to Balance and Direction" is provided for entertainment, educational, or informational use only, is not accredited by a certified mental health professional, and is not intended to be used in lieu of medical or emotional therapy for those in need of psychiatric or emotional care. I agree not to disclose to others the exercises and/or specialized knowledge that I am taught by Christine.

I realize that Christine serves as a coach and support partner and I will consult with an appropriate health care provider as necessary. I also am aware that Christine is not a licensed therapist, health care provider, or mental health professional. I am willing to accept personally the risks inherent with services and agree that Christine bears no personal or legal responsibility for any advice or recommendation or for any consequences thereof. All information I provide to Christine shall be kept Confidential and our work together can be terminated at any time by either Party.

I acknowledge that payment is required prior to all services by bank draft via Christine Hassler's Paypal account. I understand that Christine requires a 24 hour cancellation policy and if a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the session, full payment is still required. I understand that results may be subjective; and payment for services that are provided is without any expectation of discount or reimbursement, as none will be provided.

Terms of Email/Blog Service - General Correspondence
All correspondence and emails to Christine is considered "Material" and may be used with the EXCEPTION OF NAME or INITIALS unless that permission is given to Christine Hassler or you request that your email is for private consumption only. By completing a survey sent or drafted by Christine and/or emailing Christine or commenting on Christine Hassler's blog, you hereby grant all permission and release and discharge Christine Hassler and her licensees, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have against them by reason, including any claims based on the right of privacy, the right of publicity, copyright, libel, slander, or any other right

Terms of Service and Particpation in Books/Research
Terms of Service and Participation Christine Hassler ("AUTHOR") has informed that she is researching, writing and publishing one or more books and related works on the twenty something experience and has asked me to grant permission for the following. In order to assist Author in the preparation of The Twenty Something Manifesto (New World Library 2008) and related works included but not limited to blogs, website, articles, speaking presentations, other books,(WORKS), I have agreed to be interviewed, complete a survey, and/or write a personal story to provide information and other materials to be used in connection with the WORK, including my personal experiences, remarks, and/or recollections, as well as any photographs and documents that I may choose to give to AUTHOR. I hereby grant permission for AUTHOR to use, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform in any form now known or later to become known by incorporating them into one or more WORKS and/or advertising and promotional materials relating to the WORKS with the EXCEPTION OF MY NAME or INITIALS unless I give AUTHOR that written permission. In order to enable AUTHOR to develop the WORKS in any manner that AUTHOR may deem best, I hereby release and discharge the AUTHOR and her licensees, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have against them by reason of anything contained in the WORKS, or any of the above uses, including any claims based on the right of privacy, the right of publicity, copyright, libel, slander, or any other right. By completing a survey sent or drafted by AUTHOR and/or emailing the AUTHOR my story I hereby grant all permission listed above and agree to the terms of service.
