Description of Christine's Life Coaching & Personal Growth Counseling Approach
My approach to life coaching and personal growth is completely collaborative. Together, we take an overview of your life and identify areas that need action and/or attention. From the sidelines I coach you, utilizing my experience and the wisdom of my research and training, provide suggestions, and offer strategies. We address the questions of what I call "The Twenties Triangle:" Who am I, what do I want and how do I get it?
Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just feel like you need general guidance, our relationship will evolve in a way that best supports you. I hold you accountable, but do so with a plan that is manageable and created especially for you. I do not solve your problems, but gently guide you into solving them on your own. I listen with understanding and 100% confidentiality. My relationships with my clients are intimate, honest, and rewarding.
My training is from the Communication Arts Company and the Masters Program in Spiritual Psychology from The University of Santa Monica. However, I firmly believe that my most important training is from my life experiences. Career confusion and failure, debt, a body image disorder, family break-downs, relationship issues, health problems, and an engagement unexpectedly called off by my fiance - makes me empathetic to common struggles of twenty-somethings.
Today, I am living proof that you can truly transform your life and purpose, but I had to crash and burn to get here. Whether you are currently crashing and burning or just have that sense of "nothing is really wrong, but nothing feels quite right either," I'd be honored to offer you support.
You decide if I am qualified to be your coach and personal growth counselor- I am happy to answer any questions you have, just email me. I believe we are all our own best inner counselor and coach, sometimes we simply need someone else to help get us started.
